New Line Home Entertainment Unleashes Dog Park for the First Time on DVD

Luke Wilson Stars In This Romantic Comedy Available On March 2
Los Angeles (January 5, 2004) New Line Home Entertainment today announced the release of the romantic comedy Dog Park, which will be available for the first time on DVD on March 2, 2004, for $19.97. This heart-warming film features Luke Wilson (Legally Blonde 2, Old School), Janeane Garofalo (Wonderland, Dogma) and Natasha Henstridge (The Whole Nine Yards, Species I and II). It is currently available on VHS.

Dog Park follows the contemporary life of mild-mannered Andy (Wilson) whose girlfriend has dumped him for another man. To make matters worse, she took his beloved dog “Mogley” with her. Andy obtains a whole new leash on life when he encounters children’s show host Lorna (Henstridge), who teaches him the true meaning of love. Garofalo appears along with Bruce McCulloch (TV’s “The Kids in the Hall”) as Andy’s best friends whose constant smooching simply makes him uncomfortable. Written and directed by McCulloch, this fun-loving comedy also features Kathleen Robertson (Scary Movie 2, TV’s “Beverly Hills, 90210”) and Harland Williams (Sorority Boys, There’s Something About Mary).

The DVD features a widescreen (1.85:1) version of the film with 5.1 Surround Sound, Stereo Surround Sound, English and Spanish subtitles, closed captions and animated menus. The original theatrical trailer and trailers from other New Line Cinema releases are also included on the DVD.
