National Lampoon is Back on Campus With a Hot Twist on Thw Worlds Oldest Love Story In National Lampoon's Adam & Eve Available On DVD February 7, 2006

LOS ANGELES, CA (November 14, 2005) – National Lampoon, the comedy institution that made classics such as Animal House, Vacation and Van Wilder pop culture treasures, is back in school with an all-new take on the world’s original love story. National Lampoon’s Adam & Eve, available on DVD from New Line Home Entertainment on February 7, 2006, takes a wild look at one young man’s dogged pursuit of his girlfriend’s virginity. Director Jeff Kanew (Revenge of the Nerds) brings to life the story written by his son, Justin Kanew, who based the screenplay on his real-life college exploits. The DVD special features include commentary from the father/son team, deleted scenes and a gag reel. National Lampoon’s Adam & Eve is available on DVD at a $19.97 SRP, with a pre-order due date of January 3, 2006.
A hot, young cast is headlined by Cameron Douglas (It Runs in the Family) and Emanuelle Chriqui (Wrong Turn, HBO’s Entourage). Also featured are Jake Hoffman (I © Huckabees, TV’s Arrested Development), Brian Klugman (Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement, TV’s Frasier), Brianna Brown (Spider Man 2, HBO’s Entourage) and Courtney Peldon (Say it Isn’t So, TV’s Boston Public).
SYNOPSIS
Adam (Douglas) is a typical college guy, which means he’s after sex 24 hours a day. When he meets and falls for Eve (Chriqui), a ravishing co-ed who’s still very attached to her virginity, the waiting game is on! To his frustrated chagrin, his college buddies score right and left, and campus hotties make tempting passes. Finally, Adam confronts the question that has plagued men since the first Adam: will Eve say “yes” before he goes completely out of his mind? Things are certain to get wild as Adam goes to desperate measures in his quest to “get some.”
