Face the Music, available on DVD from New Line Home Entertainment on June 13, 2006, follows one band’s hilarious journey to success – by any means necessary. Tyler Christopher (TV’s General Hospital, Into the West) stars as an aspiring rocker who escapes the role of starving artist by faking his own demise. Death becomes the band as they watch their album skyrocket up the music charts, eventually leaving them to choose between the spoils of fame and finding true love. The DVD will be available at a $19.97 SRP with an order due date of May 9, 2006.
    SYNOPSIS
    When down-and-out rocker Dan Stone (Christopher) and his band are dumped by their record label, they hatch the ultimate, last-ditch attempt at rock ‘n’ roll fame: faking Dan’s death to get the publicity they crave. But, hiding out and waiting for fame isn’t all it’s cracked up to be! When a beautiful reporter arrives to chronicle the story of Dan’s demise, he must decide whether to stay “undercover”…or come clean and make a play for the girl of his dreams.
